Personnel Background Information

Founder Dave Doddridge has 22 years experience in law enforcement. As an LAPD Detective he worked numerous assignments including theft/fraud, robbery, narcotics, sex crimes, juvenile, burglary and auto theft. He also has extensive experience in executive and celebrity protection, and asset protection. He has worked from Damascus to Denver. He was trained by FEMA in riot control countermeasures and radiological monitoring, and is also a court certified narcotics expert trained in identifying persons under the influence of narcotics.

As a Director of WorldTrac, LLC, Dave is in a unique position to offer tracking and locating solutions to his clients. These products are currently in use by several agencies including the US Forest Service, and construction companies in the Las Vegas area who recover considerable amounts of stolen merchandise.

EXPERIENCE:

2003 – to present. Private Investigator registered by the State of Utah. Specializing in Criminal Defense. Duties include investigating crime scenes, interviewing of witnesses, victims, and suspects, obtaining and writing reports, affidavits, and statements. Also testifying in court regarding findings. Certified as an instructor in Positive Control Systems (PCS), a course designed to enhance compliance using without force. Conducted training classes for transport agents of USA Guidescorp. Also working as a transport agent having apprehended hundreds of belligerent juveniles without injury.

1994 – 2008. Conduct risk assessment and executive protection for high-risk travelers from the Middle East. International in scope. Includes staying current regarding the identification of belligerent or threatening behaviors, including drug effects, mood swings, psychological profiles, or other potential threats to the client.

1973 - 1994. Officer and Detective, Los Angeles Police Department. Trained in, and practiced, police procedures regarding use of force, pain compliance, and arrest. Taught at Police Academy regarding detention and apprehension of mentally ill and drug affected persons – including alcohol. Participated in numerous no-knock highly volatile narcotic search warrants. Trained and taught apprehension techniques including shooting situations. Supervised the Valley Filing Unit which examined each drug arrest to determine legality and procedures. Worked 3 years Juvenile and Sex Crimes. Identification and profiling of sex offenders.

1971 - 1973. United States Army. Military Police. Trained in recognition and arrest of law violators including persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Bachelor of Arts: Brigham Young University. 1973. Major – History with minors in Political Science and Speech. Post graduate work at UCLA and University of Wisconsin.

U.S. Army Military Police School. Ft. Gordon, Ga. 1971.

Los Angeles Police Department. 1973-1994, 6 months Academy and miscellaneous in-service schools including; Traffic Accident Investigations, Latent Prints, Narcotics, Civil Disturbances, Homicides, Juvenile crimes, Drug Recognition, Mental Evaluation, Arrest Procedures, and Shooting Techniques. Qualified as a court-certified Drug Recognition Expert.

Taught and trained at three F.B.I. schools presented at LAPD Academy. Instructor development, Nuclear War, Terrorism. Taught classes at LAPD Academy regarding proper police tactics to be used when apprehending mentally disturbed suspects.

FEMA trained in Terrorism, Nuclear Warfare, and Emergency Preparedness and Wiretapping. 1994.
